• Collaborative proposals for community projects and information for democratic participation

• A meet your neighbour scheme (if it got busy)

• Adopt a building: highlight one of Stoke's neglected buildings and make a proposal for what to do with it. These might be developed into full proposals.

• Get answers. Collaborative efforts to ask officials and get answers to any questions about governance, local issues, where the regeneration cash is going, etc and then post them publicly
